Job summary

HHM Hospitality is seeking a Director of Sales to lead a multi-channel sales strategy for Hotel Landy, driving revenue growth and market presence. You will recruit, train, and coach the sales team, aligning with brand standards and HHM values.

You will develop strategic plans leveraging data across direct, e-commerce, PR, and community partnerships, while managing key accounts and travel to promote the hotel locally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced coursework in business/marketing/communications a plus.
• Previous sales experience in a hotel of comparable size required.
• Public relations and community marketing experience required.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, Delphi and Access databases.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, coach, and support sales associates per brand standards.
• Develop strategic plans using internal/external data to grow revenue across channels.
• Negotiate terms and close sales to satisfy customer requirements.
• Maintain key accounts to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare annual marketing plan with measurable initiatives for each business segment.
• Travel locally to conduct outside calls and promote the hotel.
• Lead and develop others while modeling effective sales techniques.
• Follow EarthView sustainability guidelines in daily practices.
