Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a Director of Sales to oversee hotel sales operations, maximize profit, and expand relationships with key accounts. You will develop strategy, sales plans, budgets, and forecasts for business development while leading a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue goals.

You will nurture client relationships, analyze market trends, and collaborate with finance to ensure sales plans stay on budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor0s degree in hospitality management or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven leadership and business acumen.
• Strong negotiation and account management skills.
• Ability to lead and coach a sales team.
• Capacity to build client relationships and networks.

Responsabilités

• Manage all aspects of the sales division and set the strategic vision for maximum hotel sales generation and revenue growth.
• Lead a talented sales team and empower them to deliver on the vision.
• Assess the competitive landscape to optimize revenues and program effectiveness.
• Cultivate and leverage external/internal relationships to expand market share.
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure the sales plan meets budgeted revenue and profit goals.
• Generate new business and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Attend conventions and trade shows as needed and analyze post-event results.
• Interact with executives of major and prospective clients.
