Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to act as the on-property sales contact and proactively solicit revenue opportunities. You will lead upsell initiatives, coordinate with event clients, and forecast group business to maximize hotel revenue.

The role requires strong negotiation skills, relationship building, and the ability to manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to contract.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive sales experience.
• Hospitality industry experience preferred; luxury brands a plus.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and handle revenue opportunities for the hotel.
• Upsell products and services throughout the sales process.
• Forecast group sleeping rooms and revenue with turnover.
• Build and strengthen relationships with customers through calls and events.
• Lead the sales process from inquiry to contract execution.
