Driftwood Hospitality Management’s Pittsburgh property seeks a Director of Sales to oversee hotel sales operations, maximize revenue, and build strategic relationships with key accounts.

The DOS will lead a high-performing sales team, develop plans and forecasts, collaborate with Finance, and drive growth across group and transient business while representing the brand at industry events.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field, or comparable experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all aspects of the hotel sales division and maximize revenue.
• Provide strategic vision and lead a sales team.
• Develop relationships with major clients and prospects.
• Coordinate with Finance to meet revenue goals.
• Attend conventions and trade shows as needed and report outcomes.
• Analyze client needs and tailor company services.
