Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking an on-property Sales Manager to proactively solicit and close revenue opportunities for the hotel, upsell services, and achieve personal and team revenue goals while ensuring smooth turnover for service delivery.

You will build lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients, conduct site visits, respond to inquiries within hours, and accurately forecast group revenue to support the property's financial goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive sales experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Experience selling luxury brands and experiential services preferred.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a focus on client relationships.
• Knowledge of hotel operations and event services.

Responsibilities
