Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferred; or two years related experience and/or training in a hotel / resort sales environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Revenue Generation: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase hotel occupancy and event bookings.
• Client Acquisition & Retention: Identify new markets, build relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners.
• Contract Negotiation: Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts for group reservations, conferences, and special events.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with revenue management, marketing, and operations to align sales strategies and ensure service delivery.
• Sales Reporting: Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and report on sales activities to hotel leadership.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to refine sales tactics.
