Hotel Equities is seeking a driven Senior Sales Manager to join the team at the Hilton Garden Inn Austin North, a 117-room property in Austin, TX. The role focuses on generating group and catering revenue through proactive sales and strategic account management, delivering exceptional service and consistently exceeding revenue goals.

The ideal candidate has a proven hotel sales background, strong closing skills, and a track record of building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of hotel sales experience, preferably in group sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding hotel revenue goals.
• Experience with hotel sales systems and CRM platforms; OPERA and CI/TY preferred.
• Strong knowledge of group sales strategies and the hotel sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
• Prospect, solicit, and secure new group business through outside sales calls and networking.
• Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying opportunities for additional business.
• Conduct hotel site tours and present the hotel's meeting space, guestrooms, and amenities.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure all business aligns with revenue strategies.
• Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and local demand to identify opportunities.
