Hilton Garden Inn Hotel in Denver is seeking a Sales and Events Coordinator to support sales, catering, and event efforts from inquiry to execution. You will liaison between clients, Sales, hotel operations, and vendors to ensure successful meetings and group business.

The role includes managing incoming opportunities, servicing booked business, coordinating event details, maintaining sales records, and supporting revenue-generating initiatives while sales leadership focuses on proactive selling

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients, events, deadlines, and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong commitment to professional client service.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; experience with hotel CRM systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls and respond to inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients and meeting planners, communicating by telephone and email.
• Provide clients with accurate information about hotel facilities, spaces, rates, packages, and services.
• Coordinate booked meetings and events from contract turnover through execution.
• Prepare and distribute proposals, contracts, and event-related documents.
• Coordinate event details including timelines, setup, AV, billing, and room blocks.
• Maintain organized client and event documentation within sales systems.
• Support proactive sales efforts through research, lead generation, and outreach.
