Job summary

PM Hotel Group is seeking an experienced General Manager to assumed full responsibility for hotel operations, ensuring overall success and meeting objectives for every department. This on-site, exempt role reports to the VP of Operations, with a salary range of $120,000–$150,000 and annual target incentives.

The position requires strong leadership, financial oversight, and a passion for hospitality. Located near Joshua Tree, the property offers 65 boutique guest rooms and a culture of promotion

Qualifications

• 5+ years in hospitality management with senior leadership role.
• Strong financial & administrative skills with proven leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management or hotel management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own all hotel operations including front office, F&B, housekeeping, engineering, sales & events.
• Lead through your leadership team to maximize financial performance and guest satisfaction.
• Direct development and execution of annual strategic plan, budget, and operations plan.
