Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and compliance with company standards
• Lead sales and marketing activities to meet hotel plans
• Ensure guest satisfaction through service standards and timely issue resolution
• Develop executive team and ensure staff growth and career progression
• Create an environment that boosts employee and guest satisfaction
• Ensure profitability and achievement of revenue targets
• Identify and close efficiency gaps and implement corrective measures
• Serve as liaison with owners and corporate entities
• Ensure safety procedures and compliance with laws
• Recruit, interview, and train hotel staff
• Conduct annual performance evaluations and coach staff
• Perform other job-related duties as needed
