Qualifications

• At least 6 years of progressive hotel management experience, or a 4-year degree with 4–5 years in related roles.
• Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing.
• Valid driver's license as required.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and cost control to maximize profitability.
• Lead guest satisfaction initiatives and staff development.
• Coordinate with Sales to pursue business opportunities and key accounts.
• Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure compliance with standards.
• Prepare monthly financial forecasts and manage budgets.
