LINE Hotels in Austin seeks a dynamic Sales Manager to join our hospitality team. The role will require driving group sales, building strong customer relationships, and coordinating with Operations, F&B, and other departments to exceed revenue targets.

The successful candidate will bring a proven track record in hospitality sales, excellent communication skills, and a client-focused approach to securing group business and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years hospitality sales experience.
• Market knowledge and sales experience preferred.
• Strong group market experience preferred.
• MS Office suite, Delphi and Access tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential data.
• Excellent English reading, writing and speaking.
• Excellent organizational and time management.
• Able to multitask and work under pressure; team player.

Responsabilités

• Respond to sales inquiries and provide assistance.
• Proactively solicit new and existing accounts to meet revenue goals.
• Coordinate with Operations, Front Office, F&B and other departments.
• Conduct site inspections and manage communications.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hotel community.
• Present solutions to maximize booking opportunities.
• Attend meetings with hotel staff and clients.
• Ensure staff provide professional, friendly service.
