Job summary

Inizio Engage seeks a performance-driven Hospital Sales Specialist to grow our hospital accounts across the U.S. You will cultivate relationships with HCPs, hospital decision-makers, pharmacy and infusion teams, and educate them on CSL Behring’s portfolio.

Collaborating with regional sales, marketing, medical affairs and operations, you’ll develop territory plans, execute key programs, and support patient education initiatives to improve treatment access and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years hospital/institutional sales experience within pharma

Responsibilities

• Develop new accounts and growth of existing accounts through strong relationships and territory management.
• Implement key marketing programs to increase market share of promoted products.
• Coordinate with marketing, medical affairs, healthcare systems and operations to align on integrated strategic plans.
• Support patient education programs as needed.
• Maintain call frequency and update targets to align with current product focus.
• Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve/exceed sales targets.
