Job summary

Inizio Engage seeks a performance-driven Hospital Sales Specialist to manage territory development and cultivate relationships within hospital accounts in the U.S. market, driving education around a key portfolio to HCPs, hospital decision-makers, pharmacy, infusion suites, and C‑Suite stakeholders.

The role requires strong clinical knowledge and the ability to navigate the hospital landscape, collaborating with regional sales, marketing, medical affairs, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business or life sciences.
• 5+ years' hospital/institutional sales experience required.
• Demonstrated history of documented achievement of sales performance.
• Experience with patient groups, hospital pharmacies, and distributors is a plus.
• Ability to demonstrate effective management of a large geography.

Responsibilities

• Develop new accounts and grow existing accounts through relationships and territory management.
• Implement key marketing programs to increase market share of promoted products.
• Apply hospital selling model with opening, probing, listening, and closing skills on calls.
• Maintain proper call frequency with targets and update for current product focus.
• Develop territory business plans to achieve/exceed sales targets.
• Communicate value of promoted products and compare to competitors.
