Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a Hospital Sales Account Manager in San Jose to drive growth in hospital accounts, develop relationships with HCPs and hospital leaders, and execute strategic plans across CSL Behring’s portfolio. You will collaborate with marketing, medical affairs, and operations to align on integrated plans.

The role requires a clinical background, strong relationship skills, and a proven sales history in hospital settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or life sciences is required.
• 5+ years of hospital/institutional sales experience in pharma is required.
• Proven track record of sales performance.
• Experience with patient groups, hospital pharmacies, and distributors is a plus.
• Ability to manage a large geography effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop new accounts and grow existing ones through strong relationships and territory management.
• Communicate technical product and disease state information to HCPs, hospital decision makers, and influencers.
• Implement CSL Behring’s hospital selling model with opening, probing, listening, and closing on calls.
• Maintain call frequency to meet targets and align with current product focus.
• Develop and implement territory business plans to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with the account team and supervisor for short- and long-term account planning.
• Ensure a consistent customer experience by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
