CSL Behring is seeking a Hospital Sales Specialist in the United States to manage hospital territory development, cultivate key accounts, and drive education across a critical portfolio for healthcare professionals and hospital decision-makers. You will collaborate with Regional Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Operations to align on strategic plans, while supporting patient education programs as needed.

Strong clinical knowledge and the ability to navigate the U.S.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business or life sciences.
• 5+ years’ hospital/institutional sales experience required from relevant roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Demonstrated history of documented achievement of sales performance.
• Experience with patient groups, hospital pharmacies, and distributors is a plus.
• Ability to demonstrate effective management of a large geography.

• Develop new accounts and grow existing accounts through strong relationships and product/disease state education.
• Implement key marketing programs to increase market share of promoted products.
• Apply CSL Behring’s hospital selling model with strong opening, probing, listening, and closing skills.
• Maintain proper call frequency and align time with current product focus.
• Develop and implement territory business plans to meet/exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with Account Directors, Corporate Accounts, Medical Affairs, and other stakeholders to ensure integrated plans.
