Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a performance-driven Hospital Sales Specialist to manage territory accounts, build relationships with hospital decision-makers, and drive education around CSL Behring’s products for the U.S. hospital market.

You will collaborate with regional sales, marketing, medical affairs, and operations to align on integrated strategic plans and support patient education programs as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business or life sciences.
• 5+ years hospital/institutional sales experience in pharma.
• Proven sales performance and achievement.
• Experience with patient groups, hospital pharmacies, and distributors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop new accounts and grow existing ones through strong relationships and product/state information.
• Implement marketing programs to increase market share of promoted products.
• Apply CSL Behring’s hospital selling model with effective opening, probing, listening and closing on calls.
• Maintain call frequency with targets and align with current product focus.
• Create territory business plans aligned with corporate direction to meet sales targets.
• Use resources to justify product value during discussions, comparing CSL Behring’s brands vs competitors.
• Coordinate with account team to develop short- and long-term account plans.
