Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a Major Account Executive-HOA to drive residential waste services sales in the designated New Jersey market. You will identify leads, present tailored solutions, and close contracts with HOA decision-makers while collaborating with regional sales teams.

You will leverage the company’s CRMs, manage a robust pipeline, and participate in events to raise visibility. A valid driver’s license and 4+ years of sales experience are required.

Qualifications

• 4 years of prior sales experience that includes a minimum of one year managing, selling to and retaining large, complex customer accounts.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Identifies viable leads, manages prospects and acquires new, profitable residential accounts to meet and exceed revenue goals.
• Builds relationships and increases company visibility through participation in company events and community activities.
• Uses SFDC CRM to schedule activities and develop customer profiles for acquisition.
• Delivers sales presentations and follows up with key decision makers to close contracts.
