Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a Major Account Executive-HOA to identify leads, prospect, and sell residential waste services to HOA communities in a designated market. You will work with Field Sales to meet prospects, deliver presentations, and close contracts, focusing on total waste stream management where appropriate.

The role requires at least 4 years of sales experience with complex accounts and a valid driver’s license, with pay in the $71,400 to $98,100 range depending on locality.

Qualifications

• 4 years of prior sales experience that includes a minimum of one year managing, selling to and retaining large, complex customer accounts.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Identifies viable leads, manages prospects and acquires new, profitable residential accounts to meet and exceed revenue goals.
• Builds relationships and increases company visibility at events and community activities.
• Uses SFDC CRM to schedule and document activities and build profiles for prospecting.
• Delivers sales presentations and follows up with key decision makers to close contracts in a timely manner.
