Qualifications

• Experience in Association Management or similar housing/community setting.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and association management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple HOA/condo communities.
• Prepare and manage budgets using approved templates and track variances.
• Coordinate maintenance, bids, and vendor management with board oversight.
• Ensure compliance with governing documents, rules, and insurance requirements.
• Serve as primary contact for homeowners and board members, updating records and reports.
