Job summary

SUHRCO Residential Properties seeks an experienced Association Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple HOAs and condo communities. You will manage budgets, review invoices, and coordinate maintenance and vendor activity with boards and homeowners.

You will also ensure compliance with governing documents, prepare board materials, and deliver timely financial and operational reports. Strong communication and customer service are essential in this role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of HOAs and condo communities.
• Manage budgets, track variances, and prepare financial reports for boards.
• Coordinate maintenance, bids, and vendor activities with governance documents.
• Prepare board meeting materials and ensure minutes are recorded accurately.
• Ensure compliance with governing documents, declarations and bylaws.
• Foster clear communication with residents and board members to resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor risk, insurance, and reserve studies as part of long-term planning.
• Support strategic planning and capital project recommendations for the associations.
