Job summary

Associa is seeking an HOA manager who thrives in an autonomous, varied daily environment. You will deliver property management, financial oversight, and project coordination for homeowners associations and their boards.

You will advise boards on financial strategies, assess assets and liabilities, manage contracted vendors, assist with maintenance, and develop RFPs and scopes of work. Excellent written and verbal communication and top-notch customer service are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Experience with HOA communities such as single-family or condo associations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to advise and direct boards on decisions

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on financial strategies and decisions
• Assess clients' assets, liabilities and overall financial conditions
• Vendor management through contracted services
• Assist with routine maintenance and improvements for the Association(s)
• Develop RFP and Scope of works for projects
• Assist Board of Directors with action items and to do-lists
• Attend and conduct Board of Directors meetings
