Job summary

The Management Trust seeks a Community Association Manager to oversee operations and maintenance for designated HOAs from Tacoma, WA. You will work with Boards, supervise support teams, and ensure timely adherence to governing documents and contractual terms.

Responsibilities include overseeing budgets, financial forecasting, site inspections, and coordinating vendor bids while maintaining strong communication with Boards and homeowners. Exempt, full-time role in a dynamic, employee-owned firm.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• 1+ year of experience as a Community Manager or similar role.
• May require industry certifications or licensing (state dependent).
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Strong leadership abilities and comfort with public speaking.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of assigned communities including single family, townhomes, condos, or commercial/industrial complexes.
• Coordinate with multiple support teams to oversee tasks and ensure deliverables meet Board expectations.
• Review invoices, monitor cash flow, and assist with budget preparation and reserve studies.
