Job summary

Abbott, a global healthcare leader, seeks a Heart Failure field sales professional to drive cardiovascular sales in a dedicated territory. You will build strong customer relationships, apply ECMO and circulatory system knowledge, and navigate hospital procurement and policies to support patient care.

You will manage Salesforce pipelines, coordinate with regional teams, and travel extensively to deliver on monthly, quarterly, and annual targets while upholding Abbott compliance and Advamed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Graduate Degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years of medical device sales experience within the Cardiovascular field.
• Experience with ECMO clinical and technical application preferred.
• Clinical licensure/experience preferred.
• Ability to travel extensively throughout the territory including overnights.
• Understanding of hospital account management and ability to establish strong customer relationships.
• Track record of success in prior Medical Device sales roles.
• In depth understanding of the market, accounts, and customers you will support.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets as outlined in annual plan.
• Myopic focus on the customer and patients we serve, ensuring satisfaction.
• Demonstrate clinical and technical knowledge of ECMO and related products.
• Manage Salesforce.com pipeline and associated business processes.
• Coordinate with Regional Teams, Marketing, and Healthcare Economics.
• Develop strategies to grow the business and forecast opportunities.
