Job summary

Akron Children's Hospital is seeking an Operations Workforce Analyst to partner with Primary Care and School Health operations. You will perform workforce planning, provider resource management, operational analytics, and contract support to inform decisions that improve efficiency, access, quality, and patient outcomes.

The role requires building reports and dashboards, reconciling data from multiple sources, and collaborating with Finance, HR, Legal, and leadership to support scheduling,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare data analytics, operations, workforce planning, or related area.
Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (Tableau/Power BI) preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, scorecards providing actionable insight into operational and workforce metrics.
Gather and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, variances, and opportunities.
Support provider workforce planning, scheduling, compensation, and contract coordination with stakeholders.
