Oklahoma Children's Hospital OU Health seeks an experienced Workforce Planning Manager to optimize labor utilization across departments. You will leverage Laborlytics, Workday, and adaptive planning to deliver actionable insights and support strategic financial planning.
You will lead a team, analyze productivity, model staffing, and present metrics to executive leadership, ensuring cost-effective operations and continuous improvement across OU Health.

This position leverages advanced labor analytics, productivity systems, and workforce planning platforms— including Laborlytics, Workday, Vizient Benchmarking and Adaptive Planning —to deliver actionable insights, support strategic and financial planning, and drive sustainable operational improvement.

Bachelor’s degree required.
