Job summary

Mohawk Valley Health System is seeking a Workforce Management Lead to oversee scheduling, time and attendance, and labor analytics that align with budgets and census-driven demand.

You will partner with operational leaders, Finance, Payroll and HR to drive labor efficiency, compliance, and informed staffing decisions, while leading system enhancements and reporting across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in workforce management, time and attendance, payroll, HRIS, labor analytics, scheduling, or healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the administration and continuous improvement of scheduling tools and workflows.
• Forecast staffing needs and optimize labor productivity using historical data and census projections.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics for executive leadership.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, Payroll, and HR to ensure compliant staffing and budgeting.
• Provide education on scheduling best practices and workforce optimization.
