Job summary

Newport Healthcare is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to serve as the primary recruiting partner for assigned markets, ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

You will lead the full-cycle recruitment process, collaborate with leadership and HR, and coach managers on interviewing techniques and compliance to improve hiring quality and consistency. Occasional travel and onsite presence are expected.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of recruiting experience or equivalent, with full lifecycle recruitment in a high-volume setting.
• Experience in healthcare or behavioral health is a plus.
• Onsite 1 day per week and travel as needed (valid driver’s license).

Responsibilities

• Develop partnerships with local leadership, HR business partners, and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and craft effective recruiting strategies.
• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process from intake meetings to onboarding coordination.
• Advise hiring managers on recruiting best practices, labor market trends, and compensation considerations.
• Collaborate with the Talent Sourcing Specialist to build pipelines for high-volume roles.
• Coach hiring managers on interviewing and selection processes to improve quality and consistency.
• Represent Newport Healthcare at events, associations, colleges, and job fairs to strengthen employer brand.
