Job summary

SolutionHealth is seeking a Recruiter to oversee full-cycle recruitment for non-physician roles across a designated client base in Manchester, NH. You will partner with hiring managers, source candidates, conduct screenings and interviews, and guide offers and onboarding.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in recruitment, strong interviewing and communication skills, and familiarity with Workday. Healthcare recruiting is a plus. This is a full-time role with standard business hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of one year recruitment experience.
• Healthcare recruiting experience is preferred but not required.
• Workday software experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define open roles and requirements.
• Create compelling job postings and advertisement materials.
• Attend and organize open houses and job fairs as needed.
• Build candidate pipelines through university alumni groups and allied health organizations.
• Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Coordinate offers, onboarding, and pre-employment activities.
