Job summary

Care New England is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruitment efforts, align with the Workforce Development Strategy, and partner with hiring managers to source and screen qualified candidates. This role emphasizes relationship-building and proactive talent pipelines within the healthcare system.

The TA Partner collaborates with HR and operations teams, manages external recruitment vendors, and supports employer branding.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years experience in recruitment, sales, HR, or related field.
• Knowledge of MS Office products: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Access.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies per position.
• Source candidates and screen candidates for managers.
• Use social media, job boards, and networks to recruit.
• Coordinate external recruitment process including interviews, offers and onboarding hand off.
• Develop talent pools and relationships with colleges/universities.
• Represent Care New England to external partners and vendors.
