Job summary

Caris Life Sciences is seeking an Operational Solutions Manager to lead relationships with hospital and laboratory accounts across the assigned region. You will define requirements, identify decision makers, and coordinate with senior managers to ensure high-quality, compliant service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, life sciences, or related field and/or a minimum of 5 years of equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing business-solution initiatives and managing timelines.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and data/reporting tools (Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Establish vendor relationships and define requirements for doing business in the assigned area.
• Identify hospital/lab decision makers and facilitate engagement.
• Communicate effectively by phone, video, and email in a compliant manner.
• Collaborate with Senior Strategic Solutions Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure services are high quality and customer-focused, delivering within timelines.
