Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years of equivalent experience in business solutions and contracting.
• Experience implementing business-solution initiatives, managing timelines and conflicts.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trusted client relationships across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with decision makers within hospital and laboratory administration to achieve meaningful business outcomes.
• Develop and present business and contracting strategies aligned to customer needs, ROI, and ASP.
• Negotiate complex contracts and pricing for Caris offerings with hospitals, GPOs, and IDNs.
