Job summary

Caris Life Sciences is seeking a Senior Strategic Solutions Manager to lead business-solution and contracting strategy for complex accounts. You will partner with Operational Solutions and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact outcomes for hospital systems, GPOs, and IDNs, ensuring compliance and optimized workflows.

You will negotiate terms, develop proposals, and coach teams to align with ROI goals while maintaining strong client relationships and internal governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years of equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience implementing business-solution initiatives and problem solving.
• Strong critical thinking and mult-tasking in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with hospital and laboratory administrators to deliver meaningful business outcomes.
• Develop and present business and contracting strategies aligned to customer ROI and ASP.
• Lead meetings and negotiate complex contract terms across a diverse client base.
• Collaborate with commercial team on high-impact accounts and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with governance requirements and pricing regulations.
• Monitor metrics and drive continuous improvement across assigned area.
