Job summary

Caris Life Sciences seeks a Senior Strategic Solutions Manager to lead business solution and contracting strategy across assigned accounts. You will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-level solutions and outcomes for hospital systems, laboratories, and related entities.

You will build executive relationships, develop ROI-driven proposals, and manage complex contracts while ensuring compliance and timely deliverables in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, life sciences, or related field; and/or minimum 5 years of equivalent experience.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (preferred).
• Experience implementing business-solution initiatives and managing timelines, projects, documentation, and tracking progress.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with decision makers within laboratory and hospital administration to achieve meaningful business solution outcomes.
• Develop and present business and contracting strategies and proposals aligned to needs with ROI considerations.
• Lead and facilitate meetings in-person or virtually.
• Negotiate complex contract terms and pricing for Caris’ offerings across Hospital Systems, GPOs, and IDNs.
• Ensure compliance with governance requirements and pricing regulations.
• Manage competing contract priorities from initiation through post-execution and optimize contract workflows.
• Coordinate with legal on redlines and terms.
• Collaborate with commercial team on high-impact accounts including Strategic Accounts and Regional Directors.
• Drive LEADS/LAGS and lead priorities for all business solutions in the area.
• Identify training opportunities for team and new hires.
• Ensure services delivered are high quality and customer-focused.
• Serve as subject matter expert in hospital administration and laboratory areas.
• Maintain document control and tracking of deliverables.
• Monitor account metrics and address gaps or opportunities.
