Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in medical technology or healthcare operations.
• Willing to travel within assigned territory up to 30% (travel readiness).

Responsibilities

• Apply understanding of the healthcare environment and Siemens portfolio to develop customized solutions for long-term partnerships.
• Lead a matrixed team to grow the relationship, optimize and present solutions, and drive toward a contract.
• Collaborate across Siemens units—people, process, and technology—to extend solutions.
• Engage with North American and Global ES teams to stay aligned with portfolio and market needs.
• Proactively target, engage, advance, and advise customers to expand opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a funnel of potential customers and active projects.
• Share successful practices with all Value Partnership Solutions Architects.
