Job summary

Charlie Health is a fast-growing healthcare startup focused on connecting people to life-saving behavioral health treatment via virtual care. The Outreach team drives market success by building relationships with clinical partners and guiding patients, families, and providers to access programs.

You’ll travel locally 4-5 days per week, lead meetings, and shape partnerships across communities while collaborating with marketing, product, client success, and legal to achieve GTM goals.

Qualifications

• Based in Columbus, GA and fluent in English.
• 1–4 years of proven sales experience with KPI ownership.
• Willingness to travel locally 4–5 days/week.
• Experience with healthcare organizations is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for efficient new market penetration
• Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
• Lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs and build partnerships
• Design strategies to engage referral partners across channels
• Deepen penetration across existing partnerships
• Attend and lead educational meetings and networking events in person or by conference call
• Synthesize market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies
• Collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal to deliver GTM goals
