Qualifications

• 3+ years of healthcare business development or liaison experience.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing, Post-Acute Care, or Healthcare Services.
• Demonstrated success in new business development and relationship management.
• Experience managing strategic referral accounts.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build trust with clinical teams, hospital partners, and community stakeholders.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, case management teams, physicians, and community partners.
• Serve as the primary liaison between referral sources and facility clinical/operations teams.
• Identify opportunities to expand strategic accounts and preferred provider relationships.
• Represent the organization at community outreach events, healthcare networking events, and industry meetings.
