Job summary

Sweetwater Care in Kansas is seeking a Regional Healthcare Community Liaison, Marketing and Business Development to support strategic referral relationships and census growth across our Skilled Nursing Facilities. The role focuses on developing high-level relationships with hospitals, health systems, physicians, case managers, and community referral sources, with travel across the Kansas region.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in healthcare business development, experience in post-acute care,

Qualifications

3+ years of healthcare business development experience in Skilled Nursing or post-acute care
Proven success in new business development and relationship management
Ability to mentor, coach, and develop business development staff
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to travel frequently throughout the Kansas region and hold a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-level relationships with hospitals, health systems, physicians, and community referral sources
Census growth and market development through strategic referral development and market expansion
Provide mentorship and coaching for regional Patient Care Liaisons, including ride-alongs
Collaborate with Clinical Leadership and Facility Administrators to align referrals and clinical programs
Provide market intelligence and CRM reporting to regional leadership
