Job summary

Sweetwater Care in Kansas is seeking a Regional Healthcare Community Liaison to drive census growth, strengthen referral partnerships, and lead market development across our Skilled Nursing Facilities.

The role combines direct relationship-building with hospitals and referral sources, plus mentoring of Patient Care Liaisons and coordination with clinical leadership to optimize admissions. You will use CRM tools to report insights and support regional leadership with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

3+ years in healthcare business development.
Experience in Skilled Nursing/Post-Acute/Healthcare Services.
Proven success in new business development and relationship management.
Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-level relationships with hospitals, health systems, physicians, and referral sources in Kansas.
Support census growth and market development through strategic referrals.
Provide mentorship and coaching for Patient Care Liaisons with field visits.
Collaborate with Clinical Leadership and Facility Administrators to optimize admissions.
Track activities and opportunities using CRM to inform regional leadership.
