Job summary

Leica Biosystems is seeking a Strategic Accounts Executive to drive revenue growth across IDNs, health systems, and academic medical centers. You will own executive relationships, develop enterprise plans, and mobilize cross-functional teams to convert opportunities from qualification to close.

The role supports remote accounts with travel and reports to the Senior Director, Strategic & Corporate Accounts as part of the Strategic Accounts Team in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 6+ years healthcare sales or related field.
• Experience engaging C-suite executives in large health systems.
• Ability to develop and execute enterprise account plans.
• Strong negotiation and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue growth and market share across assigned health systems, IDNs, academic medical centers, and strategic healthcare organizations.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans and win strategies.
• Lead cross-functional resources to advance enterprise opportunities from qualification to close.
• Establish executive-level relationships to drive long-term growth.
