Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences seeks a Senior Director of Health Systems Partnerships to proactively identify and secure trusted relationships with IDN executives, service line leaders and clinicians. You will align internal resources to address customer needs and drive the adoption of Edwards Transcatheter solutions.

You will lead pricing strategy, manage RFP processes, and collaborate with Sales and leadership to deliver value-based programs across targeted accounts while traveling up to 40% as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field with substantial experience.
Master’s degree or equivalent in a related field with extensive experience.
Experience in healthcare, medical devices, sales management or marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

Identify and establish trusted partnerships with health systems and IDN executives.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align resources and address customer needs.
Lead program sales strategies, manage RFPs, reviews and contract negotiations.
Articulate value of Edwards Transcatheter products to key decision makers.
Travel up to 40% as required.
