Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a Senior Director of Health Systems Partnerships to build trusted relationships with IDN executives and clinicians, aligning internal teams to meet customer needs and drive value-based programs.

You will lead strategic partnerships across health systems, engage leaders and decision makers, and shape pricing, contracting and program execution to advance Edwards’ THV solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field; 14+ years of experience; Master’s Degree or equivalent; 12 years of related experience
• Experience with healthcare provider data management platforms and IT organizations
• Proven ability to lead strategic partnerships with IDN executives and clinical leaders

Responsibilities

• Lead partnership strategy at assigned health systems with IDN executives and data leaders
• Engage with KOLs and hospital-level stakeholders in collaboration with sales
• Develop and report on strategic initiatives, progress and measurable impact
• Drive program pricing strategies and manage RFPs, business reviews, and contracts
