Job summary
Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a Senior Director of Health Systems Partnerships to proactively identify and maintain strong partnerships with key clinical decision makers in targeted health systems. You will align Edwards resources to address customer needs, drive program sales, and implement value-based strategic programs across IDNs.
The role requires deep healthcare domain knowledge, strategic thinking, and outstanding relationship management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with 14+ years of experience.
- Master's degree or equivalent with 12+ years of experience.
- Experience with healthcare provider data management platforms and IT organizations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the partnership strategy with IDN executives and report initiative progress to stakeholders.
- Develop sustainable strategic relationships with hospital leaders to drive program sales and value realization.
- Align internal resources to address customer needs and ensure adoption of Edwards solutions.
- Drive program sales strategy within targets, including RFPs, business reviews, and negotiations.
- Communicate the economic and patient value of Edwards transcatheter products to decision makers.
