Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field (14 years of experience)
• Master's Degree or equivalent in related field (12 years of experience)
• Experience in healthcare provider data management platforms and IT organizations (preferred)
• Experience in medical device sales management, marketing, and general management (preferred)
• Strong strategic thinking and initiative with high emotional intelligence (preferred)
• Ability to sell value proposition of Edwards Lifesciences and its solutions (preferred)
• Experience leading cross-functional programs and negotiations (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead partnership strategy with IDN executives and hospital stakeholders.
• Develop strategic relationships to identify clinical quality improvement opportunities.
• Align internal resources to address customer needs and ensure adoption of Edwards solutions.
• Execute program sales strategy with Sales and GHER leadership, manage RFPs and contracts.
• Communicate economic and patient value of Edwards Transcatheter products to decision makers.
• Prepare and implement program pricing terms and conditions.
• Travel up to 40% to engage with health systems.
