Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 14+ years of related experience.
• Master's degree or equivalent with 12+ years of related experience.
• Experience with healthcare provider data management platforms and IT organizations.
• Experience in medical device, sales, marketing or general management.
• Ability to think strategically and take initiative.
• Ability to sell Edwards solutions and products.
• Strong project management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and related tools.
• Excellent documentation and communication, plus relationship skills.
• Ability to influence provider decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Lead partnership strategy with IDN executives and hospital leaders.
• Build strategic relationships with healthcare executives and clinicians.
• Align internal resources to address customer needs and adoption of solutions.
• Execute program sales strategy with Sales and GHER leadership.
• Drive awareness of economic and patient value of Edwards THV products.
• Prepare and negotiate program pricing terms and conditions.
• Travel up to 40% and travel-flexible location.
