Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a Senior Director of Health Systems Partnerships to proactively establish and maintain trusted partnerships with key clinical decision makers in targeted IDN accounts. You will align internal resources to address customer needs and drive value-based programs, reporting outcomes to executives.

Responsibilities include leading partnership strategy with IDN executives, building strategic relationships, and guiding program pricing and negotiations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in related field with 14 years of related experience.
• Master's degree or equivalent in related field with 12 years of related experience.
• Experience with healthcare provider data management platforms and IT organizations (preferred).

Aufgaben

• Lead the partnership strategy with IDN executives and report progress to internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with IDN healthcare executives and clinicians at targeted accounts.
• Align internal commercial and customer resources to ensure successful integration and adoption of Edwards solutions.
• Lead program sales strategy within targets in collaboration with Sales and GHER leadership, including RFP processes and contract negotiations.
• Communicate the economic and patient value of Edwards Transcatheter products to key decision makers.
