Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a Senior Director of Health Systems Partnerships to proactively establish trusted partnerships with IDN executives and align internal resources to address customer needs through value-based programs.

You will lead the execution of program sales strategy, manage RFP processes, pricing terms, and contract negotiations while driving awareness of the economic and patient value of Edwards Transcatheter solutions to key decision makers. Travel up to 40% is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in related field with 14+ years of related experience.
• Master's Degree or equivalent in related field with 12+ years of related experience.
• Ability to build strong business acumen to represent Edwards’ full value proposition.
• Experience with healthcare provider data management platforms and IT organizations.
• Experience in medical device sales, marketing, and general management.
• Strategic thinker with initiative and emotional intelligence.
• Proven ability to sell Edwards products and solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead partnership strategy with IDN executives and engage hospital-level leaders.
• Develop relationships with executives and clinicians to identify quality improvement opportunities.
• Align internal resources to address customer needs and drive adoption of Edwards solutions.
• Lead program sales strategy, manage RFPs, reviews, and contract negotiations.
• Communicate economic and patient value of Edwards THV products to decision makers.
• Prepare and negotiate pricing terms and conditions.
• Travel up to 40% and operate flexibly across locations.
