The role leads partnership strategy with health systems, negotiates contracts, manages RFP processes, and demonstrates strong business acumen across clinical and financial outcomes while coordinating with sales and leadership; travel up to 40% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 14 years related experience or Master's with 12 years related experience
• Experience with healthcare provider data management platforms and IT organizations
• Experience in medical device, sales management, marketing, general management
• Ability to think strategically and demonstrate initiative and emotional intelligence
• Excellent documentation and communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management
• Demonstrated ability to influence management with key provider decision makers

Responsibilities

• Lead the partnership strategy at assigned health systems with IDN executives, service line, quality and data leaders; report progress and impact to stakeholders
• Develop strategic relationships with IDN healthcare executives, service line leaders and clinicians to identify clinical quality improvement opportunities
• Align internal commercial and customer resources to address customer needs and ensure successful integration of solutions
• Lead the execution of program sales strategy within targets, including management of RFP processes, business reviews, and contract negotiations
• Drive awareness and understanding of the economic and patient value of Edwards Transcatheter products across key decision makers
• Prepare, analyze and implement program pricing terms and conditions
• Travel up to 40%
