Job summary
Owens & Minor is seeking a senior enterprise healthcare sales leader in Florida to own IDN growth, develop long-term account strategies, and manage executive relationships with hospitals and health systems.
You will drive cross-functional collaboration, lead major negotiations, and expand Owens & Minor's portfolio across distribution, products, services, and technology. Travel may be required; compensation includes base salary plus uncapped incentives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years in complex B2B healthcare sales or related roles.
- Proven success selling to large health systems/IDNs and executives.
- Experience with healthcare distribution, products, or GPOs preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own revenue growth and pipeline for assigned IDNs.
- Develop multi-year account strategies and executive sponsorship.
- Lead executive-level meetings and negotiations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
- Drive growth across Prime Vendor distribution, products, services, and technology.
- Travel as required (may exceed 50%).
