Job summary

Owens & Minor seeks an accomplished executive seller to lead strategic growth across health systems and IDNs. You will drive enterprise relationships, shape opportunities, and coordinate cross-functional resources to win large, complex deals.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree (advanced preferred), 8+ years in healthcare B2B sales, and a proven record with executive sponsors. Travel may exceed 50% in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• Typically 8+ years of progressive experience in complex B2B healthcare sales.
• Experience selling to large health systems / IDNs and executive-level decision makers.
• Proven success leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales pursuits with long sales cycles.
• Experience with healthcare distribution, products, services, technology, supply chain or GPO environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns enterprise growth strategy for assigned IDNs and health systems.
• Develops multi-year account strategies and prioritized plans.
• Maintains a high-quality pipeline with executives and sponsors.
• Leads executive meetings, strategic business reviews, and negotiations.
• Coordinates cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
